15-Day Claims Policy: After you receive your personalized piece of jewelry from Gravet, you have up to 15 days to claim any manufacturing defects. We encourage you to check your product carefully upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects.
Free re-production in the event of production errors: If there is a production error confirmed by us, we will re-produce your piece of jewelry once free of charge. Our aim is to deliver a flawless product that meets your expectations and satisfies you completely.
