If your order has a tracking number, delays in tracking updates may occur. Please wait an additional 2-3 days. Our delivery time for personalized products is usually 6-10 business days. If you have a tracking number, we recommend checking the status regularly.

We regret any dissatisfaction with our products. Please first check with the provided instructions to ensure the image is truly not visible. If the issue persists, please send us a photo taken with your smartphone's front camera, ensuring the product is fully visible in the image. This allows us to quickly identify and resolve the issue. For light cleaning, we recommend using a slightly damp cotton swab. If you have further questions, feel free to contact us directly at support@gravet.de.

If you would like to use a different image, please send it directly to support@gravet.de as soon as possible. This helps us avoid additional waiting times. We will do our best to make the change as long as the product has not yet entered production, but we cannot guarantee it.
